What to include
- Bug reports: which tool you were using (SubEasy or YouThumb), your browser and version, and what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot helps enormously.
- Tool ideas: describe the tedious task in one or two sentences — what goes in, what should come out. If enough people ask for the same thing, it jumps to the top of our build list.
- Privacy questions: anything about how our tools handle your data — see also our Privacy Policy.
A small favor
Because our tools run entirely in your browser, most issues are browser-specific. Before writing in, try the tool once in a private/incognito window with extensions disabled — if it works there, an extension is usually the culprit, and telling us which one saves us both time.
